About The Summit
Mission
The 2nd Annual GlobeMed Global Health Summit will mobilize and unite members to think critically about global health issues, develop personal and professional skills for building a sustained commitment to social justice, and share ideas about the role of students in catalyzing a movement to improve global health.
Theme
The theme of the summit, A Generational Calling: Solidarity in Global Health, will guide us to explore how we can bridge organizations, communities, and individuals in addressing global health challenges through mutual understanding and collective action. The Summit will stimulate participants to explore collaborative change and enable them to apply key lessons in their work as students and as professionals.
