Achieve global health equity cannot happen without a strong movement and committed co-conspirators. The GlobeMed community believes that health is human right, systems of oppression need to be dismantled, and people are the experts of their own experiences.
At the heart of GlobeMed’s experiential learning model were the long-term, one-to-one partnerships between university chapters and groundbreaking grassroots organizations.
We know that to achieve global health equity it takes a movement of people with a variety of backgrounds and expertise. That is why we say if you believe that health is a human right, you are a part of our community.
